Walls made with the isulated concrete form wall system Smartblockplus, made of EPS
are delivered, fixed on the floor or foundation concrete bed. Concrete casting depends
on the use of partitions (reinforcement calculates according EUROCODE 6 in both
cases):
Smartblockplus solutions allows to save money due to the considerably
faster construction possibilities, manpower reduction (-80%) and obtain higher construction
standards at no additional costs in the respect of structural (EC6, EC2, EC8), thermal
(Umax=….W/m2K)*, acoustic (52dB minimum facade sound insulation)* and fire safety
(minimum fire resistance: 180 minutes, without plaster)* construction standards.
* U or K-factor. Value depends on the kind of Smartblockplus items
and concrete casting Today’s construction standards need a bearing framework structure
with thick sound and thermal insulated external partition walls in order to avoid
thermal bridges and to respect thermic calculated previsions.
Prefabricated Smartblockplus walls (available standards and made
to measure panels), can be used in construction sites borned for traditional building
solutions (masonry and plaster).
